Join us for an 8-week course to jump-start your fitness goals. This accountability group is a great way to gain a better understanding of nutrition and fitness, all while supporting each other.

Here's what's included:

Upon signing up, you will receive an email to set up your training app . You will submit a questionnaire, and take starting photos, while we build your program.

Weeks 1-4 will include baseline meal plans, cardio assignments, scheduled meal deviations, a workout guide (gym and home), and a weekly A-team workout in the Body University gym. Following the team workout, we will have a takeaway discussion topic to help you attain your goals.

Weeks 5-8 will include all of the same except now we will guide you on macro tracking and flexible eating. For the final four weeks, we will remove the training wheels and show you how a flexible approach to dieting can be sustainable. Our weekly team workouts and takeaway talks will continue. You will receive tips in the final week to address how to continue on your own, and end-of-program photos will be submitted.

This Accountability Team program is a great way to jump-start your fitness goals. Let's connect and support each other with some team spirit! We are only accepting ten people.

The enrollment fee is $399 and the final day to enroll is July 19th.

Important dates:

Program start date: July 21st

Program end date: September 15

The first weekly A-Team Meetup is on July 23rd. We will meet every Wednesday at 5:30 PM for 8 weeks.


Notes

*Weekly team workouts will be held at the Body University gym on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. Missed sessions may not be made up or transferred. Additional in-person training is available at a separate cost (see group training rates).
